To select objects by attribute

1. Select the object on the workspace.

2. On the Edit menu, click Select. The Select Object dialog box opens.

3. To specify an object type, select it in Type.

4. Select the attributes for which to search. For example, if the selected object has a red interior and you choose fill color, objects with red interiors will be selected.

5. Select All Matching Objects or Next Matching Object.

6. Click Select or Append.
